“Get out of your head and into your life”
CBT: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
Do you spend time worrying, do your thoughts get in the way of living your best life?
Do you feel exhausted and unable to solve problems on a daily basis ?
Anxiety and depression symptoms can prevent us from living life to the full, socialising, achieving our goals and fully engaging in meaningful relationships.
I have worked in mental health services for over twenty years and treated many people with anxiety disorders, depression and many other mental health problems.
I presently work part time as a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist in the NHS.
I am a registered mental health nurse and I am accredited with the BABCP also.
If you think it’s time to re assess your situation, but you don’t know where to start , a course of CB, can help clarify the problem, identify goals and start you on the right track to living your best life.
CBT is an evidenced based psychological ( talking ) therapy, that enables individuals to gain insight into their problems and identify unhelpful thinking patterns and behaviour ‘s which maintain the problem.
I will develop an approach with you, that you agree with, where you will learn to utilise new skills and strategies to enable you to make the right choices for you and achieve your goals.
